Juleon Rabbani, DrPH, MPH is the Director of the Biostatistical Consulting Unit (BSCU) and Research Scientist in Biostatistics within the Kaiser Permanente Division of Research in Northern California. He directs a team of 30+ biostatisticians and analysts, supporting 400+ active clinical projects and generating 150+ peer-reviewed publications annually across Graduate Medical Education, The Permanente Medical Group, Community Health, and the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine.
His personal research portfolio spans emergency medicine, women's health, ophthalmology, oncology, psychiatry, and advance care planning — with a focus on underserved and vulnerable populations across integrated health systems. He earned his DrPH in Epidemiology from the Uniformed Services University at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and his MPH in Global Health Leadership from the University of Southern California.
